Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites such as:

1. Pricing

Our policy assures you of economical rates with the facility of online reservation. Unless otherwise noted, prices listed on our website are charged on a per person basis. Published rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially due to unforeseen circumstances, such as increases in airline ticket, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept almost all Credit cards, Debit Card and Cash. Full Payment can be done by Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or by TABBY.

3. Confirmation of Payment

After the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip via email or WhatsApp. Its printout can be presented as proof of payment to service you get from Energy Travels. But make sure you provide accurate information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each tour activity/visa application/hotel booking/any service has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Energy Travels, the client should read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.

4.2 No Show.

If you fail to show up for the tour, no full or partial refunds can be provided. The same condition applies to unused tickets, tours, visa services and international visa appointments and rejections. Similarly, rescheduling may not be permitted for confirmed tours, Visa Service, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures

Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package, Ticket Booking UAE Visa Application submission and Global Visa Consultancy. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Energy Travels in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp regarding the confirmation of cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Energy Travels cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments

Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Energy Travels reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of vis major, such as flood and earthquake.

Flight Fares and check details.

7. All fares are subject to change without prior notice.

Fares are guaranteed once the purchase is completed. Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.

Fares are subject to availability of seats and flight dates.

Please check for Visa / Transit visa requirement from the respective consulate/embassy. We strongly recommend you to check the transit visa requirement at least a week before your travel with the respective consulate/embassy. Energy Travels will not be liable for any transit visa regulation changes after the ticket issuance.

All airline check-in counters will open 4 hours prior departure. We strongly recommend on-line check-in through the website of the respective airline to avoid long queues.

Please check transit time before issuing your ticket(s) with the concerned airline or with Energy Travels as most airports require a transit visa for staying from 8 to 24hrs and beyond.

Please check all your travel documents such as Valid passport, Visa, Transit Visa, Immigration Clearance etc. Airlines may have amendment / rebooking fee for rerouting or reissuance, which varies from airline to airline. You may be required to pay a difference in fare, if any, in addition to the amendment fee for the new date change. Some fares are NON-ENDORSABLE / NON-REROUTABLE depending on the airline policy.

Some fares DO NOT allow amendments in case of NO-SHOW.

8. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy

If we are unable to find accommodation for you at your preferred hotel, every effort will be made to provide you with a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. As for the check-in/check-out policy, it mostly depends on the hotel you have chosen. Energy Travels cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests that are not accommodated by the hotel due to its busy schedule.

9. Travel Insurance

Energy Travels shall not be liable for any damages resulting from accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal belongings or cancellation of trip. It is advised that the traveler should take advantage of a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected events.

10. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that they have the relevant documents for a particular visit, including a passport or a valid identity card. This is especially important for those coming from another country. No refund can be made in case of loss or non-existence of these relevant documents. Likewise, travelers – regardless of their nationality – are advised to contact their respective country's consulate for information on entry requirements before planning to travel. It is equally important to ask your consulate about current visa and health requirements, as they can change without prior notice.

11. Website Usage Restrictions

All content in this website including logos, images, tour package information, price details and other relevant details are owned by Energy Travels. Accordingly, as a condition of your use of this website, you agree not to use this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial or illicit purpose.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

"Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates".
